Abstract

|
A 63 year-old male was admitted with complaints of dyspnea and hoarseness on Aug. 19th, 1960. Pathology laboratory reported that biopsy specimen showed squamous cell carcinoma. Tumor mass involved the true cord, the false cord, and the subglottic area.
Total laryngectomy was performed. The patient died 4 months after the operation due to local recurrence.
